Built for the realities of Indian higher education.
We bring academic depth and engineering discipline to the same table, so vice-chancellors, registrars, faculty and students all benefit from the same delivery.
Cross-functional capability, calibrated to higher education.
The brochure version is simple. The substance behind each line is what most institutions actually evaluate us on after a pilot.
Experienced academic & technical team
Educators, technologists and academic specialists working as one delivery unit, not three vendors stapled together by a project manager.
Expertise in higher education & ODL systems
Deep working knowledge of UGC-DEB, university processes and Open & Distance Learning operations, applied to programme design, content and platforms.
End-to-end service capability
From programme design and approvals to LMS, content, examinations and certification. One scope, one accountable team, one delivery timeline.
Scalable and customisable solutions
Modular architecture that flexes from a single department or programme to a multi-campus university, without re-platforming halfway through.
Strong focus on quality & timelines
Documented QA gates, peer-review of academic deliverables and committed delivery milestones at every stage of every workstream.
Affordable and competitive pricing
Transparent commercials engineered for the realities of Indian higher-education budgets, with engagement models that fit a single course or a full university.
Four areas where Yatharth is intentionally deep.
We deliberately avoid being a generalist EdTech vendor. These are the four areas where we have built the deepest practitioner experience and where institutions return for repeat engagements.
UGC-DEB & ODL programmes
Programme design, approvals support, SLM and platform configuration aligned to UGC-DEB expectations from day one.
Defensible online examinations
Identity, environment, behaviour and audit, the four-layer integrity stack proctored exams need to stand up under disciplinary review.
Integrated LMS, CRM, ERP
One student identity flowing across modules, so reconciliation between admissions, fees and academics stops being a daily task.
Parallel programme rollouts
Regulatory paperwork, content production and platform configuration run in parallel, not in series, to protect cohort start dates.
The differences that matter at decision time.
An honest, side-by-side comparison of what most universities evaluate when they sit down to pick a partner. We have lost tenders that were not for us, and we are clear about what those looked like.

The kind of outcomes a Yatharth engagement is measured against.
Programme launched on time, on budget, on cohort
Parallel execution of regulatory paperwork, SLM development and LMS configuration removes the bottleneck that usually compresses go-live into a fortnight.
One student identity across LMS, CRM and ERP
Marketing leads, admitted students, active learners and alumni share a single identity, ending the manual reconciliation between systems.
Examinations that can stand a disciplinary review
Identity verification, locked-down browser, behaviour analytics and replay-ready audit evidence make proctored online exams genuinely defensible.
Curriculum that maps to actual roles
Programme outcomes are reverse-engineered from the roles graduates need to be ready for, and every course is mapped to a specific outcome.
What you can hold us to.
Every engagement is governed by the same delivery commitments. They are non-negotiable on our side, not because we say so, but because they are what makes the engagement work for your team.
See the five-step approach →Two working days to a structured response
Every serious enquiry receives a written, structured plan with scope, milestones and indicative commercials within two working days.
Documented QA on every deliverable
Academic content goes through subject-matter peer review and plagiarism checking. Platforms go through functional, performance and security testing.
Single point of accountability
One engagement lead owns delivery across academic, technology and operational workstreams. You never have to triangulate between vendors.
Predictable communication cadence
Weekly progress notes, monthly steering reviews and quarterly outcome reviews, with the same artefacts every time.
The unwritten rules behind every Yatharth engagement.
These are the principles we apply when scope is ambiguous, when a decision has tradeoffs, or when a deliverable could be shipped earlier but should not be. They are how we stay consistent across very different institutions.
Outcomes over outputs
Every engagement is measured against what changed for students, faculty and the institution, not the count of artefacts shipped.
Academics-led, technology-supported
We start with curriculum, learning outcomes and faculty workflow. Platforms are configured to serve those decisions, never the other way around.
Transparent commercials
Itemised scope, milestone-linked invoicing and no surprise change orders for work that should have been in scope from day one.
Documented and audit-ready
Every deliverable carries the documentation an internal audit, accreditation visit or UGC-DEB review needs to see.
Quiet, dependable execution
We compete on delivery, not on noise. Our brand voice reflects how we run programmes, calmly, precisely and with attention to detail.
A long-term partnership
Most institutions return for a second engagement after a successful first one. The first engagement is therefore designed for the second.
The values we hold ourselves to.
The same five pillars apply whether we are delivering a single service or running an end-to-end university platform. They show up in delivery cadence, deliverable quality and the way we run steering reviews.

Why Yatharth, frequently asked
Quick answers to the questions universities and colleges ask us most. If you have one we have not covered, write to us at info@yatharthedu.com.
Generic IT vendors do not understand academic workflow, and content shops cannot stand up an LMS or proctored exam platform. Yatharth is intentionally built to do both, with academic depth, engineering discipline and operational ownership in one team.
We do not sell standalone software licences without delivery, we do not run conceptually heavy first-year teaching as AI, and we do not take on engagements where success criteria cannot be defined up front. Saying no early is part of the partnership.
Every academic deliverable is peer-reviewed by subject-matter experts and runs through plagiarism checking. Every platform deliverable runs through functional, performance and security testing. Every engagement has a documented QA gate before user-acceptance review.
Re-planning is normal in higher-education work. We absorb minor scope changes within the engagement and surface major ones into a structured change conversation, rather than letting timeline slippage compound silently.
See if these reasons apply to your project.
A 30-minute conversation is usually enough to know. Send a short note about what you are building.
